Ash Cove Bed and Breakfast on Lake Tawakoni has four spacious bedrooms and four baths (2 showers and 2 tubs) as well as an upstairs sleeping porch called the “Loft” that sleeps six. Vacation is not the time to do laundry, however, Ash Cove Bed and Breakfast has a full size washer & dryer, iron with board just in case you have the need.

We challenge you to find something missing from our fully equipped Texas B&B country kitchen with its JenAir stove top, oven with microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and yes ice and water in the door.

The front lounge is quaint and cozy for the cool fall and winter East Texas days. Curl up on the leather couch with a blanket and a book in and listen to the crackling of the roaring fire as the day slips away. Or enjoy the spectacular view of ducks and other wildlife as they pass across the waters of Ash Cove from the sprawling sectional lounge in the back of Ash Cove Bed and Breakfast, this quaint and cozy Texas lake house rental.

Ash Cove Bed and Breakfast is situated at the end of Ash Cove Lane just past the private electronically operated gate. Parking is limited to 6 to 7 vehicles and can create some challenges with turning your vehicles pulling boats or trailers so let us help when this need arises. There is a public boat ramp located 1 mile from Ash Cove Bed and Breakfast.

An ash Cove Bed and Breakfast guest service provides a “Grocery Store Delivery Service” for our guests who wish to do their own cooking. It’s simple, after making your reservation email us a list of the items you wish to have delivered to Ash Cove and our staff will do the shopping for you (price of groceries plus 15% for Delivery Service).
